 - PREPARATION - 

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350° F. Arrange pieces in a single layer on baking sheet. Heat
in oven for approx 12-13 minutes. Cook until slightly crispy and temperature has reached 165° F.
Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 325° F. Arrange pieces in a single layer on baking sheet and heat
in oven for 10-11 minutes. Cook until slightly crispy and temperature has reached 165° F.

FRYING INSTRUCTIONS:

( From Frozen) Heat Cooking oil to 350 degress.
Cook for Approximaetley 2:00- 2:30 minutes, not necessary to defrost.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Conventional Oven:

Preheat oven to 350° F. Bake for 18-20
minutes until slightly crispy and internal temperature reaches 165° F.
Convecton Oven: Pre-heat oven to 325° F. Bake for 16-18 minutes until slightly crispy and
internal temperature reaches 165° F.


THAWING INSTRUCTIONS:

OVEN THAW:

Conventional Oven:

Preheat to 325° F and thaw for
4-5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 35° F. Convection Oven: Preheat to 300° F
and thaw product for 4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 35° F.

Refrigerate once
thawed.

REFRIGERATED THAW: Place product from a frozen state into the refrigerator and
store for 2 hours or until internal temperature is at least 35° F.
Cold product may be refrigerated & served up to 72 hours afer thaw date & time.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS (In Order of Recommended Method):

Combi Oven: Preheat oven to 410° F and 30% humidity.

Bake for 7-9 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165° F.

Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 375° F. Bake for 7-9 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165° F.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400° F. Bake for 8-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165° F.

THAWING INSTRUCTIONS:

Oven Thaw Conventional Oven: Preheat to 325° F and thaw for 4-5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 35° F.

Convection Oven: Preheat to 300° F and thaw product for 4 minutes or untl internal temperature reaches 35° F. Refrigerate once thawed.

Refrigerated Thaw: Place product from a frozen state into the refrigerator and store for 2 hours or until internal temperature is at least 35° F.

*Cold product may be refrigerated & served up to 7 days after thaw date & time.*
